In the 50 years that Camp Appalachia was in existence, many lives were touched deeply. The girls of Camp Appalachia have grown into strong, amazing women following a variety of paths. Camp taught us we could do anything, and Appy women are truly making a difference in all aspects of life. Many have become mothers and are teaching their daughters about their camp days in the hopes that they too will feel a little of the magic of camp.

On June 26, 2004, 10 years after camp closed, we had a camp reunion! The reunion was a huge success (see our pictures on this site). A second reunion this year is currently being planned!
